Refund policy

One way we keep prices as low as possible is by doing our best to fully describe everything listed on our site.  By doing so, we feel that you have everything needed to feel confident about your purchase. 

We understand things happen though and will accept returns, only on defective items and only after we speak with you about the situation.  Remedies for this situation could be a replacement product of the same or less value or a store credit.  You must reach out to us via email to request support within 14 days of receiving your item.  

To be eligible for replacement or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
